To drive awareness and consideration we needed to change the perceptions of TAFE as not only delivering vocational training, but bespoke training solutions in a dependable and sophisticated way for enterprise Business.
In the next two decades, there won’t be a shortage of jobs – but if we don’t take the right steps there will be a shortage of skilled talent to fill those jobs…Learning new skills will be an ongoing necessity throughout life.
We worked with LinkedIn as an official content marketing strategy partner and utilised the 3rdspace Content Sphere which maps all content published worldwide to uncover the key topics and themes around business growth and talent management.
Our solution was a thought leadership platform highlighting the importance of putting talent first in business management, and how TAFE Enterprise can help business develop both hard and soft skills for the future. As Australians one of the themes that resonated is how business leaders find inspiration from success in sport, so we tapped into this insight for our hero content.
The 3rdspace video content team in Sydney produced a series of films with hi profile executives from companies such as Google and Lend Lease discussing talent development with high profile sporting people from Netball Australia and Australian Rugby. This content led to a white paper “The importance of Putting Talent First” followed by a second though leadership paper of the growth of Soft Skills in an AI world. 3rdspace created and produced all content including the LinkedIn posting content, white papers and films.
