THE NRMA – Values Launch

 

ISSUE

 

The NRMA had gone through a change in senior management, made some significant acquisitions and were moving to new offices.

 

INSIGHT

 

The best way to get staff to buy into the vision and values of business is for them to be highly involved in the process.

 

IDEA

 

We involved a cross section of staff to be involved in the launch film of the new NRMA values and then captured what each value meant to them, to create a highly stylised series of films and supporting editorial content that starred the people who would live the values.

 

ACTION
