We investigated 3 core personas of the winnings customer and discovered when customers came to Winning Appliances they weren’t just looking for functional appliances. They were looking to fulfill a future, emotional need. They were searching for their forever homes.

We created a content mission to help Australia live their best life and highlighted how Winnings was all about transformational experiences. We used in-store experiences and beautiful Appliances, to create films where consumers were transported to a vision of their forever home.

Impact

The business has seen a 30% uplift in sales. The campaign has also reignited Winnings teams with a new sense of pride around their business as the first brand campaign the business has executed.
