The travel industry is experiencing a massive bounce back post covid. Travel agents are flooded with choice for their customers. Globus Family of Brands have invested heavily in updating their offering and their challenge is ensuring Travel Agents who are responsible for 80% of sales for Globus, are aware of all these improvements.


Globus Family Of Brands have some banked goodwill with the travel agent community from their pre-covd gameshow gamechanger activation and then during covid they really nurtured the agent community, one of the industries to be hit hardest by the pandemic.

& Solution

We wanted to continue to show and evolve Globus support of the agents and we wanted to build on our award winning gameshow experiential campaign.This time we created a new distinctive brand character who embodies the next level support Globus Family of Brands offer travel agents. Our character, the Geni-Us, is one part genie and more parts Globus. We cast one of the Globus direct inbound sales agents in the role. With a background in theatre acting he brought to life our Geni-Us in a long-form film designed to take the agents on a quasi-magical tour of all the coach and river tours Globus Family of Brands has on offer. He also returns every fortnight in quick, pep-up, short reminders, social posts, and instore visits.

The campaign was instantly picked up by Travel press across Australia and New Zealand with stories about the campaign and links to the landing site. Travel agents engaged from day one with the chance to win one of 3 wishes from the Globus Family of Brands Geni-US
