To never give up until every child survives cancer with minimal or no impact.
Charity organisations often run very similar campaigns talking about what they do and why they need your help with average production values. The Kids Cancer Project wanted to highlight the impact they have had over the last 30 years raising funds for Cancer Research to help increase the survival rate and ease the suffering of confronting cancer treatments for children.
Once a family has been threatened by cancer they will do whatever it takes to not only help their loved ones or others in this tragic situation.
Focusing on the impact left by childhood cancer, we embarked on crafting a narrative that mirrored TKCP's 30-year journey. Integral to this narrative was the story of TKCP ambassador, Nathan Rix; who at the age of 8 commenced treatment on a rare tumour. The Cancer relapsed when he was 17 and when Nathan turned 18 he lost his leg. His reflections on his survival and the action he has taken to help raise funds set the scene for this powerful story.
