The coach touring and river cruising market is cluttered with brands offering very similar products and experiences. Globus Travel Group was struggling to communicate its point of difference to customers, travel agents and trade press.
There are two types of travel agents; people who join the industry for a short time; and those who live and breath travel. It’s the latter who stay in the industry through the tough times and take pride in offering their clients quality advice on the best holiday for their needs.
We brought our content mission and the passion travel agents have for travel to life with the world’s first live-streamed travel game show for the industry. A purpose-built set was fitted with buzzers, screens, sound effects and music.
The industry travelled to Sydney to witness ten travel agencies and ten individuals vie to be the first Globus Travel Champion. For those who couldn’t make it, the show was broadcast live in a TV-quality production.
